Who Must Take It? Mandatory: Responsible Individuals, Transportation Licensees, Laboratory Licensees, Retail/Dispensary Operators, Brokers.
Recommended: Cooperative Managers, Sacramental Producers (for external market compliance).
Individual Fee XCD $360 per learner. Group rates available for cooperatives/companies.
A portion of each enrollment is remitted to the NCRC.
Credit policy: If you later enroll in an eligible program bundle (e.g., CannGrow, CannServe, CannBiz) within 12 months, this module fee is fully credited toward that program’s tuition.

  • Regulatory overview: legal obligations, risk landscape, CLA/NCRC standards.
  • Physical security: perimeter (fencing/lighting), CCTV design (coverage, retention), alarms, secure rooms/cages.
  • Personnel security: background vetting, ID badging, role/area permissions, shift handovers.
  • Visitor & contractor control: escorts, logs, temporary access, vendor SLAs.
  • Track-and-trace: batch creation, transfers, receiving, exceptions, reporting.
  • Inventory controls: cycle counts, variance thresholds, reconciliation workflows, stock destruction.
  • Chain-of-custody & manifests: transport prep, seal integrity, incident documentation.
  • Incident management: loss/theft/diversion response, root-cause analysis, CAPA.
  • Audit readiness: evidence folders, data integrity (ALCOA+), staff drill routines.
  • Continuous improvement: KPIs, security drills, system health checks, CAPA tracking.
