Individual Fee	XCD $300 per learner. Group rates available for cooperatives/companies. A portion of each enrollment is remitted to the NCRC. Credit policy: If you later enroll in an eligible program bundle (e.g., CannGrow, CannCare, CannServe) within 12 months, this module fee is fully credited toward that program’s tuition.

Role, powers, and organization of the CLA/NCRC; interface with other ministries.
Licensing categories (cultivation, processing, infused, retail/dispensary, lounge, transport, lab, waste, R&D, broker, cooperative, sacramental, health establishment, occupational).
Cross-cutting duties: traceability, testing, taxation, security, record-keeping, reporting.
Medical, sacramental, cultural frameworks: boundaries and permitted activities.

Operational rules: possession limits, transport manifests, purchasing & selling, advertising and packaging basics.
Sanctions & remedies: suspensions, revocations, corrective actions, and appeals.
Compliance lifecycle: pre-license readiness, inspections, renewals, change controls.
