CLA/NCRC Certificate — Cannabis Law & Compliance (CC-101) Validity: 2 years (renewable with refresher update). |
| Who Must Take It? | Responsible Individuals, Occupational Licensees, Facility Operators, Medical Practitioners, Pharmacies & Health Establishments, Traditional Healers, Brokers, and core staff attached to any licensed operation. |
| Individual Fee |
XCD $300 per learner. Group rates available for cooperatives/companies. A portion of each enrollment is remitted to the NCRC. Credit policy: If you later enroll in an eligible program bundle (e.g., CannGrow, CannCare, CannServe) within 12 months, this module fee is fully credited toward that program’s tuition. |
Mandatory: all license categories (including Responsible Individuals & core staff).
Forms the legal base for specialized modules across every program track.
Certificate validity: 2 years. Module fee is credited to eligible program bundles within 12 months.
CaribCanna – The Caribbean Academy of Cannabis Sciences – is the recognized training provider accredited to deliver the mandatory Licensing Programs in Dominica.
