Individual Fee XCD $1,120 per participant
Community/association rates available.
Includes LMS access, live session facilitation, and certificate issuance.
A portion of fees supports the NCRC / CLA cultural engagement fund.

    Historical & cultural uses in Dominica/Caribbean • Sacramental & cultural rights in the Integrated Cannabis Act • Scope & limits of Traditional Healer Registration
  • Module 2 (2h): Safety & Hygiene in Traditional Practice
    Minimum hygiene standards (storage, preparation, tools, environment) • Safe handling of raw cannabis & preparations • Preventing contamination & protecting community health
  • Module 3 (2h): Responsible Use & Community Guidance
    Advising responsibly (dosage, preparation methods) • Red flags & referral to medical practitioners • Age restrictions & safeguarding vulnerable groups
  • Module 4 (2h): Interaction with CLA & Record-Keeping
    Orientation on CLA rules, reporting duties, recognition process • Simple community logs (non-intrusive, culturally sensitive) • Compliance audits — what to expect
  • Module 5 (2h): Community Session / Dialogue
    Sharing practices & cultural knowledge • Group problem-solving on challenges • Signing of an Engagement of Practice Declaration
