CannCare is the mandatory training program for doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals seeking a medical practitioner or dispensation license in Dominica’s legal cannabis industry.

This program equips you with the scientific, regulatory, and clinical foundations required to prescribe, dispense, and guide patients safely and legally.

Officially recognized by the government and delivered in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Blue & Green Economy.

Yes. The NCRC requires completion of CannBase + CannCare before any application for a medical or pharmacy license will be considered.
